The guys who came out were very nice and pretty efficient, but they were careless while moving our furniture, breaking two irreplaceable antique dressers. Likewise, they packed the truck like they were true masters, but they were again careless with how they placed and layered items clearly marked fragile. Edit: LRS called me in response to this review and proceeded to blame me for not filing a formal report sooner (when I was about to drive across the country).
