Wow, these 2 guys saved my bacon in so many ways. They showed up on time, were very professional, diligent and covid-compliant. I was beyond anxious that my 16 ft POD was going to be waaay too small; I was convinced there was no way my stuff could get packed in there. Guess what: it fit 95%!! I was clear to prioritize what had to go vs. what could stay behind. If I tried this myself, it would have been a complete fail. These guys are PRO. Do not attempt a POD pack yourself, call "The Works". Also, they were very careful with the load, ensuring things were padded properly, careful handling of the goods from house to box, etc. Amazing service, thank you.

They arrived early and stayed until the job was done. Took great care to ensure items would be protected from breaking during shipping. I would recommend them to anyone moving utilizing PODs

The workers were great! I’d recommend the workers....not the company. I am TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the way they were scheduled. They emptied 3 POD containers in less than 4 hours.( 3 1/2) to be closer to the truth. Yet, I was told when I scheduled 5hat I had to book 2 movers for 2 hours each POD. I was not allowed to book them for the 2 hours and then hourly after. I did call to discuss my concern, but was told the conversation I had when booking was confusing. They credited me only one hour. So I ended up paying over $800 For 3 1/2 hours. Had I been allowed to book for 2 hours and pay hourly it would have been for another $200 less.

John and Mason were amazing! Showed up a few minutes early so they were ready to go right away, they worked fast and clean and were very careful with all my belongings. I have all my stuff in containers, which need to be unloaded one at a time, and I have every intention of hiring them again!
