First, they were very polite and cheerful. They did not complain. However, they were not at all careful with our belongings. They did cover all the furniture with the blankets I had purchased for the move which left numerous pieces uncovered. They did not "place" items in the pod in an organized fashion, thereby, leaving a lot of wasted gaps in space. They were very haphazard and appeared to have no idea how to properly pack a pod for the safety of items nor for the efficiency of space. They left a gouge in our woodwork and a gouge on our wall. They left large scrapes on the wooden stairs from the second floor to the first floor. All extremely noticeable. Apparently from dragging the mattress adjustable frame down the stairs. While it is a heavy item, they should know how to do that without dragging it. Very disappointed. While they were polite, it did not make up for the unprofessional packing job. Don't know what I will end up with when the items are unpacked. Worried.

Jeff and Tim were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly courteous and efficient. We just stayed out of their way and they got everything loaded and packed in the truck securely. I could not recommend them more highly. I'm grateful for their effort.

My movers, Bryan and Scott were absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely kind and courteous, and managed to fit everything into my storage pod. They kept me well informed on potential concerns, Tetrised everything in securely, and well within the time requested. If I ever move again I would be so thankful to have them help again. A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
