I disclosed the exact make and model of my gun safe to Hire-A-Helper and the moving company. They confirmed they would load the gun safe into the UPACK trailer. They were not able to do so and were not properly prepared to move this gun safe. The time spent unsuccessfully moving the gun safe around was 1 hour. They charged me for this one hour and the gun safe will now be left at the property. Very disappointing and costly. I requested that Hire-A-Helper adjust off one of the FOUR EXTRA HOURS they charged me. Hire-A-Helper said they would follow up with me regarding the credit and never did. They charged me FOUR EXTRA HOURS and didn't load my safe into the trailer.

They were awesome! I had 3 Uboxes and they got them unloaded in about an hour! The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't work well together- I don't know if one guy was new, but the other guy kept getting irritated with him for not doing things his way. It made us a little bit uncomfortable. One guy kept directing me to unload the boxes and make "piles" which I understand for organization, but I hired you to do a service, I shouldn't be doing the work. That aside, they were great! I would definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure to receive a moving crew from Too Good Movers. They showed up on time and ready to work. I have a two story home and lots of heavy furniture to be moved to the second floor which they did with a breeze. I had a tall safe that they Maneuvered into a tight tight spot. Matthew and his crew took good care of our valuables and our home. Not a scratch!!! They were in and out of there in the allotted time frame. A big shout out to Matthew and his crew. THANKS

They worked quickly & efficiently. I couldn't visualize how my stuff would fit in the POD but they got everything to fit with room to spare. I'd choose them again and I'm telling all my friends in Vegas about them. Great job!!

One worker was very unprofessional and moved slowly and seemed to want to debate my comment on his attitude. Simply put, if you want to debate that you don’t have an attitude. YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE. He begins to tell me that I shouldn’t try and read him.
He needs to either learn servant customer service or get out of a customer facing job.
