The movers were great! We found we were not going to arrive to our new home on time for the originally scheduled day and time. I called them 2 days before and they were more than willing to reschedule. They arrived as promised and did all the hard work! We had no problems at all and are very happy with Experienced Movers! We will recommend to our friends too!

I am a 26 year old woman who was moving out of an old apartment in Cleveland (just one rickety and slow elevator and I'm on the 3rd floor). I had several heavy pieces of furniture and many, many boxes that I was loading into a 10' Uhaul truck. I had only my mother and brother helping me.
Roger (Mugsy) from Experienced Movers was phenomenal. He really knew what he was doing and was able to make a plan for loading the entire truck so everything fit and was secure. He worked nonstop the entire time and stayed longer than we had booked him for. He helped move furniture for donation that he did not have to do and he even moved a TV into my roommate's car which was completely extra!
I would recommend Experienced Movers and especially Mugsy to anyone. He was phenomenal. Having just graduated from medical school, I have moved many times before and Mugsy was one of the best and most experienced movers I've ever had.
