I was very pleased with the work done by the men from Pleasant Moving! They called the morning of my move to suggest that instead of hiring 2 men for 3 hours, I take 3 men for 2 hours, which made their job easier and also saved me $40! They packed everything into my moving truck quickly and carefully, and they were very gentle with my antique furniture. I would absolutely recommend them to others!

These guys were efficient and professional. They unloaded my uhaul trailer way faster than I thought it would take. They even moved a couch up 3 floors of stairs with 1 inch of clearance between the railing, couch leg, and ceiling with it standing on end. They didn't even touch the ceiling or walls at any point during the move and nothing was damaged. Best money I ever spent. It would have taken me days to unload it myself and I probably never would have gotten the couch up those floors even with help from friends. A+. I will use them again if I move again in Boston!

We were very happy with Pleasant Moving. They unloaded a pod at our new house. They were easy to get a hold of by phone and called a few times to make sure we knew exactly when they would arrive within the estimated time frame. They were very courteous and friendly and made sure they knew where we wanted everything. They were very careful with all our belongings, too. It's hard to believe how much Andrew and Robert got done in 2 hrs! I would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends.

Pleasant movers of Boston were actually extremely pleasant! They were extra nice, they did an excellent job, took good care of our stuff and were very efficient! I would recommend them 100./.! They were on time, prepared for the job and had a great attitude I would definitely use them again!

The crew had good communication, was on time, and did the job in a timely manner. Our only complaint is that though all our boxes were clearly marked with the room they should be moved to, they were often not put in the right place.

I scheduled a moving job for Saturday, March 2, 2013@ 10:00AM What a disaster!
I could not contact anyone from the assigned company in Boston until 2 Days before the scheduled job. When I did receive a call from them I was told the time of the job was Changed from 10:00AM to between 12 & 1:00 PM. It gets worse. As 1:00 approached I became concerned and contacted the number I was given. I was told that the morning job was running longer than expected because upon arrival they realized the job was a 3 story home and not a 2 story home as was originally stated. Result - I was told they would be 1-2 hours later than scheduled for my appointment Hello - you couldn't have the decency of a phone call to advise me of the delay? I had to call you! This is a hell of a way to run a bussiness. I had a 4 hour trip to NY, with workers waiting there for us to arrive. Obviously, you and you assigned workers could care less. Your company an extremely poor rating based on your unprofessional demeanor, blatant disregard for your customers and lack
of interest whatsoever in assisting after your screwup! I hope potential future customers read this review and move on to the next company for more professional response.Your company is a total waste. Have a great day and thanks for making my move a real disaster!
12:00 pm.-1:00 pm. to start which you agreed to. On the day of your move, you were called and left a message before noon about the delay. We do not operated in an unprofessional manner as you can see in our reviews. Again we do apologize, but you were notified of the delay and you choose to cancel. Hope all is well.
