There were 4 guys who were all professional and worked hard the whole while they were there. There were some issues with how the ABF trailer was initially loaded and had been in storage for almost a year. However, the crew was very careful in unraveling the mess that was done and got everything unloaded without causing any damages. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.

Started an hour late, but that worked in our favor. Came prepared with hand trucks appropriate for moving boxes and heavy furniture. Put in solid work on a very hot Texas day.
Derrek did a great job. Knew what he was doing and took care to unload our truck and pack our storage unit efficiently to maximize space utilization. I'd recommend Derrek and would use him again.
Derrek's helper was not cut out for moving. Communication problems, bad arm restricted ability to move heavy items (dropping some). Moved and stacked boxes indiscriminately - size, weight, and contents were of no concern. Fragile had no meaning as he plopped boxes on top of each other or on the ground.
Derrek mentioned he had other crews. Ask up front how capable they are before committing.

If you are ever in need of a couple extra hands to help move - I highly recommend HireAHelper.
Their communication was great and the movers could not have been nicer. Very professional and willing to place boxes and furniture exactly where we wanted them. They even replaced some knobs that had fallen off from the move.

They were on time and once they started working they did not stop until the job was complete. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend them to anyone who wanted hard workers at a reasonable price. Probably more important is that I will use them again whenever I have another move.
