Rigo's Moving Company was outstanding! The movers arrived on time and had my belongings packed into the trailer in less then 2 hours. They also packed everything so well they saved me $1000 on 5 feet of linear space with the moving company. Great job. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time. They were nice and polite, and did work hard, And finished sooner than expected. Although, I was happy about it. In retrospect, maybe if some of the furniture would have been doubled up or wrapped tighter, maybe one of my furniture items may not have been damaged. And perhaps if they might have taken just a little more time to do all of that, the end results may have been different. Who's to really know? Or chop it up to "**** just happens".

We have used HAH all around the county, and Rigo's was one of the best for sure. Javier and Gustavo (as well as Martha from the office) communicated throughout the morning before their arrival, and the guys showed up right on time. They were very experienced, had a great attitude, and worked very hard. Would highly recommend this crew and company to anyone.

First they were on time. The 2 young men were clean in appearance and they were respectful to me and in taking the necessary time to carefully move our household furniture. The only issue I have was that I booked for 3 hours and everything was done in 1 hour or less. When I inquired with the moving company about a possible rebate they referred me to HireAHelper. HireAHelper said it would depend on Rigo's policy. So therefore neither were willing to rebate any portion of the fees. It would have been better for me to book for 1 hour and then pay any extra if we went over the time. Very disappointed in that aspect of the move.

The two guys were late but they called to let me know, worked very hard the entire time, polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again. Only one suggestion, maybe use work gloves so furniture, etc. don't get dirty. Thanks.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
