They were pleasant, they worked hard, and they didn't do any damage that I have seen so far. I would use this service if and when I move again!

Damaged almost every large piece we had because they were rushing through the job. Our couches got dirty and ripped even though they were fully wrapped in plastic. Called the company to discuss and they never called us back. Cheap and reasonably nice but you definitely will lose more money in damage ten times over then you saved on movers.

I provided the movers with 16 moving blankets as well as two large plastic shrink wrap bundles and stated numerous times I wanted my big items wrapped and covered especially my 1 year old daughters white furniture because it was brand new. They brought moving pads and told me when I came down to watch how the packing was going I asked why my moving blankets were not being used they told me "We provided you with moving pads and these will protect your furniture better than just using moving blankets." They are professionals so I trusted them. I also explained that the pod can shift items easily and they said they packed the pod tightly and nothing would shift and were certain of it. When I checked how many moving blankets I had left I saw I had 8 left over which concerned me a bit but I trusted them. Once the pod was unloaded at my new home I was mortified. 5 of my moving blankets were piled in the back in a pile and everything was wrapped with plastic only and NO pads or blankets! There were two blankets thrown lazily on top of my dresser and night stand and one of my daughters dressers was wrapped that was it out of 16 other huge furniture items I had asked to be wrapped! I suffered damage to my daughters hutch, dresser, crib, both sections of my couch, my ottoman, my TV stand, my dining chairs, my dining table, my bed headboard and rails, my dresser, both nightstands, and my W/D. The movers were very friendly, showed up on time and finished on time, however they wrapped nothing and now I have to live with extremely damaged looking furniture.

Wouldn't use again. They did work very hard, but I don't feel the duo was equipped for the job. When called to confirm by Rigo's, I asked if they thought I needed to add a 3rd helper (as I had a washer and dryer that needed to be moved downstairs). The rep on the phone said no - However my beautiful champagne washer and dryer ended up getting scratched, scraped and dented. I had some hanging wardrobe clothes that were put below heavy items or boxes and were smashed badly. (No damage done but not very respectful). I had purchased many moving blankets but they weren't used, my Ethan Allen coffee table and my nightstand were scratched and scraped. I purchased ample mattress covers and the fabric-covered platform to my bed was not covered with the plastic mattress covers I provided, resulting in the fabric arriving very very dirty to my new home. I purchased some gatorades for the helpers and they spilled red gatorade on my reclaimed wood barstool and didn't bother to notify me or ask for a wet cloth to wipe it down before loading it and the stool is now ruined and stained red. Would not recommend.

I really appreciated how easy it was to get the help I needed. It was AWESOME to be able to look through a long list of movers to decide who to hire. The guys called right away when the arrival was approaching to let me know they had gotten stuck in heavy traffic (no surprise, LA driving is murder!) and when they got on site, they were professional, friendly and handled the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. THANKS!!!

Anthony and Miguel were Pros!! I am so happy they did my move. They were on time, professional, anticipated needs, had everything ready, were very strong, worked as a team, and packed the truck tight! You could tell they knew what they were doing. They even finished early! I was so pleased! I highly recommend them!

The helpers showed up on time. They brought everything they needed to load the truck. They knew how to efficiently load everything and tie things down so they wouldn't shift in transit, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again if I needed to move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
