We were suppose to have a crew of 4 guys but only 3 came. Ended up not being an issue. Dennis, the team leader, was a superstar. While the other two members did a good job, it was the effort of Dennis that kept them focused and on task.

I hired 2 guys to help me load a POD. Their office staff responded quickly to my request and did a thorough job of reviewing what was needed and telling me what I needed (furniture pads, tie down rope were recommended) to hlep things go smoothly. Confirmed a good time and called me when they were on the way. Arrived on time and got right to work. Very quick and efficient. Polite, respectful, listened to special instructions regarding certain items. Wrapped my furniture in furniture pads to minimize scratches and damage. Successfully maneuvered my very stuffed couch through the doorways and down the stairs. Secured my items in the POD. Checked on the POD in a few days. Minimal shifting of contents. Would work with these guys again.

These guys were the best. I have had many movers and this crew of two were experts. They wrapped all furniture with pads. No fumbling around, no bumping into walls even with the heaviest difficult items like a large fridge and pool table. Called ahead, arrived exactly on time. Friendly, yet professional.

They arrived on time but did not have moving straps that I was told they would have. They said there were none at the shop. They were young and polite but lacked moving experience. I need to explain several things on proper lifting and moving. They did give it there best effort.

Thanks for the great work. I appreciated the consistent and thoughtful approach that these three gentlemen took towards completing a task on a hot and sweltering day in Saint Louis. They placed pads and secured items that needed extra protection. I made sure that I participated in the move by staging items in the living room and moving smaller items so they could concentrate on the larger items. This methodology saved time and money for all. They encouraged my help and I made sure that I stayed out of their way. Job well done! I would use All Star Moving again and this is actually the second time since February. Tom

Nothing but great things to say about Ben and Lewis- arrived on time, moved fast, hard working, wrapped everything and packed truck with great care and precision. They got almost everything from a 3100 sq foot house ( trimmed down of course) into a 26 foot rental truck. I've unpacked over half, and have found no signs of damage. These guys are very good at their job, would highly recommend.
