Really helpful -- changed days without complaint when the moving company screwed up our truck and moved our stuff with care and attention. Arrived early and gave us plenty of notice/very communicative. I'd definitely use them again

Cloud Movers might be a scam! Be very careful when choosing this moving company. Alex from Cloud Movers promptly confirmed the appointment after booking with Hire a Helper but that was the most attentive he was during the entire move. We received no communication on the day of the move which was scheduled for 9 a.m. We had to call Alex (it should be other way around) to see where the movers were. He said they were around the corner finishing up another move but he sounded like he had just woken up. After waiting for another 15 -20 minutes I called again, again, and again but Alex never answered his phone again after 10+ calls, which put us in a very bad position. We needed be out of our condo by 12 p.m. Luckily we got another moving company to cover us, but nearly had to load everything ourselves and did not make our 12 p.m deadline.

The crew was great. Showed up on time. Boxed up and cleaned entire house. They stayed longer to help once they realized i was over my head in a disastrous house full of stuff. Then we packed a moving truck and they followed me to the storage unit and posed everything inside. My father passed away and I came from Colorado booking them and it was better than imagined! Alex and Tony were awesome!

Alex and Tony were great! Arrived on time, took care not to damage any furniture, and even assisted in taking the bed frame apart and then reassembling it at the new place. I'd recommend them to anyone, specially those in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment who are just looking for fast and reliable service to move their stope in and/or out.

They did a wonderful job! Showed up on time, moved everything very quickly, and everything arrived in the apartment undamaged. If/when I move in the future I plan on using them again

They did good job, and were fast a careful, although they were 1.5 hour late

The 2 helpers arrived almost an hour late. I had specified that they needed to bring furniture pads, rope and a 4-wheel dolly. And when confirming the appt. with the head helper, I agreed to pay the extra cost of these items up front, as specified on the website. Found out when they finally arrived, that they had brought none of the items specified and discussed. Nice guys but unprepared. Will probably look elsewhere in the future.
