Speed Loaders did an awesome job unloading my Pod! I had an unexpected situation where the key to my padlock no longer worked after the Pod was transported, so I had to call in a locksmith. Even after losing at least 30 minutes due to this challenge, Speed Loaders still finished unloading the Pod on time. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job with moving all the requested furniture. They wrapped fantastic. The only issue I have is that you need to watch them. I had two Ring Cameras sitting on the floor that are missing. Later that day, I got an email the stated someone was trying to activate one of the ring cameras on an account. I was asked if I gave that camera away. These two movers were the only ones in the condo unsupervised. Just keep an eye when they are working. I figured whoever took the cameras needed it more then I did and these cameras are now we useless.
1/30/2024 Update on this service, Star rating lowered, The owner contacted me and stated the cameras were taken in error. After reviewing the video, it clearly shows the owner removing and disconnecting the camera. They state the cameras accidentally ended up in their tool bag. These cameras were in two locations in the house and clearly were there monitoring activities. The owner stated that there was a misunderstanding and they clearly have no idea how they got in their tool bag. I am sorry, I have to call them out on this. They knew what they were doing, They stole my two RING cameras and then tried to activate them on their own account. The company does not take responsibility for their own actions and I will not recommend speed loaders. Yes, the owner is shipping the cameras back but the action of taking them from the house without permission cannot be forgiven. They are thieves and you should not hire them. If you happen to hire this company, watch them like a hawk. How do I know if they stole anything else out of the house?

They were great, we've already booked them to help us again. They called the day before to confirm details. They showed up on time, and really listened when we described what to pack/move vs. not. They asked questions rather than assuming. They packed our container expertly to fit in as much as possible. They were friendly and considerate. Would definitely recommend.

I wish that I had made arrangements for Speed Loaders to bring all that necessary packing materials, as we ran out of the materials that I had provided. But the Loaders "made do" with what I had provided, plus they brought a few boxes of their own. They arrived on time and went quickly to work. They were helpful and acknowledged how stressful this was for me. I highly recommend them,

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
