Despite booking two weeks ahead of time, this company didn’t follow-up as promised. I had to confirm they’d be at my house to unload my POD the night before, which they promptly confirmed their 9am arrival. At 9:10 the next morning, they called and said they were running a little late. No worries. Then, 30 minutes later called back and said they were only able to get 1 person to assist, but that would be alright because they were a “skilled mover.” I told them I had paid for two, my items needed two people to move them, and I didn’t want him or my things damaged. I told him that I’d give more time for him to find one of the other movers to help out, but I wouldn’t be able to wait until the end of the day. He assured me he’d check in by 11am with a status update. At 2:45, after not hearing from him AND Hire-a-Helper not being able to reach him either, we cancelled and found a company that was able to get us moved in...

The team showed up 3 hours late. By the time they arrived I had unloaded 3/4 of my truck already. They did exactly 32 minutes of work and I was charged for two hours. The movers were courteous and apologetic, but I over paid for the work completed. I would not recommend this service.

Matthew and Lawrence were awesome. I had a small POD with much to be packed in it, and they did an amazing job making it all fit. They packed an entire POD and also moved some additional boxes in my house in less than 2 hours. I would definitely use them again and again!!

Honestly I was a bit skeptical when I first made the reservation as I had a hard time initially connecting with Matthew. However, he quickly called me back when he was available and I couldn't have asked for a better set of movers. Efficient and quick, while respectful and great at packing a truck, which I've had issues with in the past. Definitely 5 star service, couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for the help.

I was kept informed of when they would arrive, which was great. They had a couple of customers who ran over their time, but they were very apologetic and let me know exactly where they were and called to ask if it was okay. One of the partners hurt his back on a previous job that day, but he still came to help with furniture. After that, only one helper was loading, but he worked incredibly fast and finished well within the 2 hours. We couldn’t have done it without their help! Very nice guys!!

These are the hardest working guys out there! They showed up on time, worked very hard, very respectful, and packed the truck perfectly so that nothing was broken and every inch was used. It took 3 guys, 3.5 hours to pack a 26' truck (just labor). We got a quote from another company (something about hot college guys) who said it would take 4 guys 6 hours to do the same job. Imovers did it in nearly half the time and at a quarter of the price. I would absolutely use them again! Wish they could have helped unload too!!
