When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. I have moved 10 times in 12 years often on my own with no help and this is by far the worst moving experience I have ever had (including a move where my items were delivered over a month late). I had booked the movers we’ll in advance yet, the moving team did not confirm with me until the NIGHT BEFORE my move. In addition, the crew was incredibly late and didn’t know I was using a City Services POD service (time bound). One of the movers was rude to my 70 year old mother. They crew cursed and were unprofessional with each other both in front of me and my mom. They dropped my items and broke a 2 week old $3500 couch and an irreplaceable antique. I have photos of the damages and will be pursing a claim with Hire a Helper. I can hardly believe PODS recommended this service. I would not recommend this team to my worst enemy. In addition, I had to hire a second, brand new team from another company the following day to correct the job, meaning, I actively chose not to reach out to the same team again. I want my money back and the for this company to cover the damages to my brand new couch. They also should comp the second team I had to hire. Absolutely terrrible experience.

Scheduled an arrival time between 12pm and 1pm. Received a confirmation call the day before that they would be there on time and possibly could be early. On the day of the service they did not show up until nearly 4 pm. At that point I had accomplished most of the move in on my own. They helped me move my final items. It took less than 1 hr. I had paid for two hours of service. I had arranged with the apartment complex for two hours of exclusive use of the elevator which had come and gone by the time they arrived. I also had to continue to reach out to them to find out what was going on. They didn’t call me to tell me there were delays.
After your discount our company didn’t even cover payroll and expenses and had we known that you had already done 90% of the work before we arrived I would’ve called in and seen what we could’ve done further to put you at ease and make up for our tardiness.
I understand your frustration but a one-star review for a series of events out of our control is hardly fair. We literally live by these reviews. I kindly ask you to look at it from our perspective and reconsider the stars you gave us. Thank you.

Mark and his helper were great. The worked fast. finished earlier then expected. I expected that they would need two UPack cubes to fit all my things, but they got all my furniture in one cube, saving me a lot of money. I would strongly recommend triangle labor services.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
