Wonderful experience! 10 out of 10!
I requested two movers for two hours to unload a 24ft truck into our new place. The movers showed up early, and worked non-stop until the job was complete. We were blown away with how quickly they worked and how easily they unloaded everything. There were several very heavy pieces but they had no problem with any of it.
They really went above and beyond and were very prepared and professional. They even brought their own mats/blankets so the floor wouldn't be scratched. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with the service we received.

I was very pleased to hire Matt and his partner to help us move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apt. They arrived on time, and completed the move (most of the heavy stuff) within the allotted time we paid for the service. They were very professional, courteous, and most of all moved our couch, table, bed, etc with great care without any scratch. These men worked so hard the entire time. I’ll be sure to hire them next time when we move again.

I hired Matt over this site. What a relief! He and his helper Jason were awesome. They not only packed my rental unit; a HUGE rental unit; they were helpful BEYOND help. After my move Matt continued to support me by working at my home to clear it out excess "stuff". He further helped me in many ways to make the move smoother and efficient. I only wish he could have come to Virginia. Trust me....YA NEED THIS GUY.

Had some trouble getting our moving truck but the helpers were very understanding and let us move our start time back an hour. However, the moving was slow and we ended up not getting all our furniture into our 24" truck! Instead of making sure all the furniture(the most important part of our move) was loaded, boxes that could have easily fit into our car or just disregarded completely seemed to take priority. We ended up having to rent a pod to move the rest. Would have spent the same renting from a full service moving company with the added pod expense and flights. Very nice men, still tipped them but would not use them again.

These guys are great. I had scheduled them last minute through HireAHelper.com for a late afternoon move into a downtown KC apartment. There was some miscommunication between the two companies (HireAHelper.com advised that the mover will contact you before the move, so you're supposed to call if you don't hear anything. I didn't hear anything, didn't call until after my appointment, and therefore take the blame on that one). Luckily, Matt got my message on his way home and came immediately to help out. Fast, careful, and courteous, would definitely recommend them.
