The guys were great! Very quick, respectful and made the move easy for me. Someone broke the elevator a few days before my move so they had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. They had a great attitude about it, I heard them laughing in the stairwell a lot. I really appreciated how gentle they were with my things too. Really impressed!

They showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly to unload my POD. Very polite and asked questions about where I wanted things placed instead of just dumping things anywhere they could find a spot. Really appreciated the help assembling my sofa and their efforts to try to assemble the bed. It was really hot, but that didn't slow them down. Really great experience.

They were on time ready to do the job with gloves and equipment that helped them move boxes and furniture up stairs. They work very hard and quickly putting my items where I asked without an issue. They took care of all my possessions treating it as if it was their own. If I moved again, I would absolutely use them again!

The movers are completely unprofessional. I am not at all skillful. They clearly did not know how to do the job. I have clearly instructed hi to helpers that we are looking to assemble furniture and these are very basic furniture there a handyman can do it in like 25 minutes dispense the complete two hours and they have made false allegations that we did not provide manuals, but we have given on mobile phones to, see the manuals in the two hours window. They only did fix the TV on to the rack. They left the entire job unfinished and not even 5% complete in the two hour window. Please DO NOT HIRE Ogre movers for fixing furniture because they do not know it. I wish they declined my job instead of committing to it and not delivering it. I will work with my bank to file a dispute on the charge.

Mover's response:
Sir, honestly at a loss of words for your lack of common sense and basic intelligence! You booked us last minute same day, and told hireahelper you wanted basic assembly and unpacking of boxes (a complete lie). When we confirmed with you on the phone you then stated you wanted about 30 pieces of ikea furniture assembled from scratch (which takes about 45 minutes to an hour PER piece of furniture) AND your entire 3 bedroom house full of boxes unpacked and items put into cupboards and closets, but don't want to do over 2 hours. I told you that's not physically possible and would take 6 to 8 hours or more (you told us it took you over 3 weeks to pack to begin with) and you told to do what we can in two hours, which I stated won't be much from what you're asking and you said thays fine and to do what we can. Upon arrival to your location we unpacked boxes that you wanted us too and then with the time left you asked us to assemble items. At which time you handed us hundreds of pieces of wood and screws, no instruction manuals, no pictures of how they were assembled before you disassembled them, and then wanted us to magically sort thru the piles of wood and screws and somehow make things appear without even knowing what they were to begin with? Some of which were your childrens bunk beds and computer desks, basically asking for a nightmare accident or liability fisaco to surely happen. We then told you we needed instruction manuals for whatever needed to be assembled (common sense you would imagine) and then once that happened we started building items from the pile (mind you we gave you a third guy free of charge so it was moving very quickly). Upon entering the end of the 2 hours reserved we gave notice before going into additional time and you said you don't want to go past 2 hours. Like I say, common sense isnt so common these days, as stated nunerous times its not physically possible to unpack an entire 3 bedroom house and assemble 30+ pieces of furniture in 2 hours, best of luck in life, you're clearly going to need it!

The pros: the movers were very polite and respectful to me.
The cons: they arrived late. They arrived 3 people instead of 2, which confused me. I paid for 2 movers for 2 hours. They used all 2 hours when it could’ve been completed in under 1 hour (especially with 3 workers). They spent A LOT of time standing outside showing each other videos and talking about girls. It was infuriating how much time they spent outside chatting. No respect for my time. For how much I paid for this service it felt very unprofessional compared to other services. My belonging were literally unloaded into my house in random piles, blocking doors, light switches, etc. Sadly I would not recommend their services, and I would not use them again.

The lack of basic common sense these days is literally astonishing! As stated numerous when booking we have a 1 hour arrival window your and crew arrived 20 minutes before that window ended well ahead of schedule, secondly the job after yours had 3 people so we gave you a third person free of charge (shame on us for giving you free labor right?) And your job could not be done in an hour or it would be, it took an hour and 45 minutes, third, I forgot we were your slaves and weren't allowed to speak! (just because you hire a service doesn't mean you own us) we can talk and joke about whatever we like while we get the job done perfectly and on time. Let me get this straight, you're mad because we gave you an extra guy free of charge, finished within the time you reserved making sure you didnt owe anything additional, were talking and joking around with each other (because we enjoy what we do and have fun while we work in 110 degree weather) instead of acting like slaves for you, and put everything literally EXACTLY where you told us too? Got it, makes perfect sense. The level of entitled idiocracy that exists within your little head is mind boggling, but whatever you say racist karen. Have a great day

11/10. Hired two guys for a two hour job and they brought three and did it in less than one. Made the washer /dryer and large couch move look like a cakewalk. These guys are the real deal and they clearly LOVE their jobs- laughing and yucking it up the entire process. Good people. Hire them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?

What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
