Although I wasn't able to be present and had to ask a family member to be present for the loading of my truck, the company was very accommodating. They let me know ahead of time that they may come closer to the end of the time slot chosen which was very much appreciated.
Everything was packed well and was all safe after the 5 hour trip to Columbus. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers in the WNY area.

Arrived right on time, did a great job moving everything quickly despite having to navigate stairs. (I am glad that I booked 3 movers instead of two due to the stairs - they basically made a chain with one person moving things off the truck, one person moving from the truck to the stairs, and one person climbing the stairs to bring things inside, which worked great and really sped things up. Every worker was completely professional and yet also still friendly and warm as a person while working hard. I'd definitely recommend this company and the people who work for them!
