Fast, courteous, professional. I had a difficult move in, and they had to cart many heavy items up the stairs. No dings or scrapes to my walls or furniture. Definitely using them again in the future.

Vince and Steve communicated very well telling me when they would arrive. They worked hard the whole time. Very careful of my boxes, etc as well as my new home. Vince tried to put my bed together but a few bolts were missing. He told me what kind to get and then came back on his own time and put my bed together! Very impressive. I would highly recommend these men

The two guys from assured moving did great! A 16' Penske truck, moving about 2/3 into a condo, and 1/3 into a storage unit. They arrived right on time(in bad weather) and we finished after a couple of hours.

These guys were fantastic! I had to reschedule my move a couple of times, due to delays with my moving van getting across the country, and the person I dealt with in the office, Jaison, cheerfully accommodated my each time. Ethan and Vince were my moving labor helpers. They were completely professional and very friendly, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. They didn't leave a scratch on any of my furniture or on my walls. I will definitely be calling these guys again, next time I move, and will request them by name if they are available. Don't hesitate to book this company.

The workers showed up ready to go and energetic. They worked super hard and I feel went above and beyond to get us packed up and out of our house. They were great guys and were very careful with our "stuff". I would use them again for sure but I hope never to move again!

I hired Assured movers to come help me move and my confirmation stated that they would be there between 1 and 2. 2 o'clock came and went and no one came. I tried calling the number to Affordable movers and no one answered. So I called HireAHelper for help and after talking with them (which they couldn't get ahold of the movers either) finally, a mover called me and said they were on their way. I waited a little over 3 hours more (just after 5) and A+ movers showed up, which isn't even the company I signed up with. They did throw in an extra mover for being late and they worked quickly, so it only took them an hour because we had continued to move while we had been waiting all day. I also signed up with them (Affordable movers) because it said "Refunds for unused time" on their review. However, when I asked if we'd be charged for only the hour it took the mover said no because it was a 3 hour minimum. So HireAHelper ended up taking an hour off for us but couldn't ever help me understand what "refunds for unused time" actually meant. I wouldn't use either again. It was a very frustrating situation.

First class operation. Clear communication throughout the entire process. They were on time with professional good attitudes. I had two men unloading and taking the majority of the boxes and bed upstairs. They indicated it was no problem and just started following my direction. They asked questions when unsure of which room something went. I would recommend this company to anyone or use them again, if I need movers! JD Harris

Three workers, the lead did call to tell me they were on their way, they dint' act professionally and didn't want to work longer. They told me 3 hours is the minimum, then turned that into maximum as well. I know that they could've worked more, but they simply didn't want to do it.

They were on time but unfortunately they only sent 2 men instead of the 4 that I had requested. They requested additional help (which took about an additional hour or so for extra help to show up). They all worked real hard, stayed until job was done and through in an extra truck to use to make up for the lost time. I was very happy with them even though there was some initial miscommunication about the number of men needed; they did a great job of making it up to me.
