I hired 3 men to unload a POD container. The guys arrived late but that was due to traffic and totally out of their control. The movers were exellent!!! They were fast, efficient and fun to work with. Even fixed a piece of furniture that was damaged in storage. Bed assembly was done very well. I even got to practice my French with them!!! Best moving experience EVER!!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Move went well somewhat but with several issues.
HireAHelper advised we could do a 2pm move - no problem. Then when Liz called from GLO Moving, informed me could not confirm 2pm but would give me a window of 2pm - 4pm. Not happy about that but had to live with it. Then at 345pm, helper call to advise the would be there in about 50 mins. They finally arrived at 6:15pm. We were wasting precious daylight hours so we began loading ourselves since we had no help. The helpers were only there for two hours but was charged for three. I call Liz and she advised to call customer support and advise them she OK 2hrs only however when I called, the office was closed and had to release the payment for 3hrs instead of 2hrs. Please credit back 1 hr to credit card per Liz. I think HireAHelper should be more forthcoming with information and learn not to promise something they have no control over. Also, I specifically asked for someone in the Woodbridge area to find out this company is out of Gaithersburg and NOT Woodbridge.

The movers were great. Efficient and careful. They loaded my uhaul so everything fit and arrived in one piece. They gave me advice on unloading and were helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the dc area.

The crew did a great job, considering the size of the load and the number of flights of stairs in the home (i.e., entire tractor-trailer filled with boxes and heavy furniture items to be carried up as many as 3 flights of stairs). They werepunctual as well as, extremely courteous.

I made it clear that I HAD to get my furniture dropped into storage by 5pm. The movers were supposed to come at 1pm and didn't make it until very late in the afternoon. While the movers were very helpful by storing my things overnight and delivering them the next morning, it could have been avoided if they had been on time in the first place. Was more stressful than it should have been.

The team arrived on time and ready to work. They did a good job packing the trailer as tighly as possible, and took care to try and protect the furniture. The job took longer than I had estimated but that was due to the amount of work, not lack of effort.
