Unfortunately my experience with these movers was not great. None of the information on my request form (# of flights of stairs, amount of heavy items, animals in the home) was communicated to the movers themselves. This resulted in a chaotic and overall unsatisfactory move. It seems like poor management was the biggest issue. HireAHelper has been awesome in rectifying the poor service though!
