We hired Sebastian Moving to load 2 POD containers. The 3 movers (Mel, Jay and CJ) worked hard the entire time and finished the job earlier than I expected. They carefully wrapped all furniture before moving it and expertly packed the containers - taking great care to maximize space and protect our property. Their experience showed. All of the movers were polite and friendly. They called twice on the day of move with updates on their arrival time which was as promised. Would hire again!

The two movers I had arranged for arrived two hours late. From the information I received, it sounded like the scheduling of the two men requested wasn't arranged until the day of the move. In fairness, Sebastian Moving did credit me an hour because of the late start. However, I ended up with multiple pieces of furniture and inside doors that were damaged. The truck was full and both men did work hard but I don't think they were as careful as they should have been and my furniture paid the price. If it was a bigger job then expected, that should have been communicated to Sebastian Moving and Hire A Helper.
