Hiring Reliable Moving Services turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our recent move of my mother in law's belongings from Melbourne, FL to Apex. NC. I was extremely satisfied with these movers. They were a little late arriving because of car trouble, but I was notified in advance and they kept in contact with me and kept me up to speed on the situation. When they did arrive, they were amazing. I had pods to load and they fit so much into the space, I was shocked! They were very respectful and very friendly. They worked very hard. I would recommend these movers to anyone!

There guys were terrific! Four guys arrived exactly on time and were very experienced. I was reluctant to have someone else load a truck due to items being scratched or broken, and I also wanted the truck packed as efficiently as possible. In the first couple minutes I could tell these guys knew what they were doing! They even wrapped up my china cabinet that has glass on three sides very securely. I had them load two large trucks (lots of stuff) and we have stairs. I requested them for 5 hours, but they were done in 4 and have even stopped for lunch that we had brought in for them. I would definitely recommend THESE movers!

The two men that came and helped not only arrived early, but they were quick to move my things and did so gently. I didn't have one problem with any of my furniture , and they utilized all the space in the moving trailer. They were both very friendly and understood any concerns I had. They also understood my money situation, and helped me use my own household items to move certain pieces.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
