All The Right Moves are seriously amazing. Unforeseen (and unavoidable, and very serious) complications arose, but the job STILL got done. All The Right Moves are very communicative. I received a phone call confirming the job, then received numerous helpful phonecalls through every step of the process. The movers themselves went above and beyond the call of duty. They were very nice and careful, and made sure that the job got done RIGHT. I would hire them again without hesitation!

Brian and his crew were excellent. They were late but kept us notified of their expected arrival. They work hard and fast. Very professional and courteous. We had quite a full load and really managed the boxes and furniture to utilize every possible inch of space. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was my leather sofa was scratched and scuffed.

The communication leading up to the move was great and I had high hopes for excellent service. They were friendly, but not the same level of professionalism that I experienced with the movers who loaded my truck. All The Right Moves showed up late and worked slowly. I had already unpacked a substantial amount by the time they arrived, so they didn't have two hours worth of work. They took a decent break and left early because there wasn't enough left to take the full 2 hours. They weren't as careful with my items as I would have liked and knocked things around both in and outside of my house. I probably would not use them again.

I hired 3 guys for 3 hours. One guy disappeared after an hour. Another guy eventually came. After 9 hours...they finally finished...sort of. They couldn't fit everything into the truck...even though I asked several times if it was going to fit...and they kept saying...yes...don't worry. They took a lot of breaks...and in the end...I had to trash 3 tvs and a box spring because we had to move the next day. So disappointing. And it cost a fortune.

Very professional! They were a little late but kept in constant communication so I wouldn't worry. They were extra careful with all my things, loaded the van so things wouldn't move while I drove, and even offered to help look for my cat when she ran out the door! Cannot recommend these guys enough!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect myself to be calling on you as soon as possible. To firm up your requested starting time, also to discuss additional details of your move, how far away will truck be from your loading point, if there are lots of stairs, to discuss adding an additional mover thru hire a helper to assist us with running stairs at your job if it makes sense. And to answer any questions you might have for us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The morning of your move, I will call or text prior to driving over to you. So you know we are alive and will be seeing you shortly. Of course after that would be our actual arrival within the window of allotted time. Along with our smiling faces, ready to begin, as close to your preferred starting time as we are able.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By visiting moving 101 on the hire a helper website, to remind them of the basic things you may or may not have to do for your move. To have you relax as much as you can. If that involves us coming earlier to help box up your things, we can arrange that too.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been from Palm Springs to Seattle, Washington for our clients. Generally speaking, we keep jobs close to home and local for the most part. Doing whatever is necessary to achieve that Glorious Five Star Review.
