The guys were moving my gas grill with furniture moving straps that were placed on the side panels of the grill which ripped the cabinet panels and door out of the base which makes the grill now useless. They didn't even tell me it happened and I only noticed after they left when I went to close the door to the truck and found the door missing. When I asked Justin about it, he tried to say it was my fault because the grill was left outside in the elements. Huh?? Apparently a grill is supposed to be stored in the house. He ultimately agreed to pay me $100.00 dollars which after lying about sending for several days he never did. Stay away from this crew.

I had to book them due to my relocation move ended up taking longer than expected, I was able to book them within hours and they did a swift and professional unload. Best part they were very professional, friendly and mannerable. I would most definitely suggest using them after a 15 hour drive the last thing we wanted to do was unload the 26 ft Uhaul truck. Thank you guys for everything you!!!

Our helpers arrived on time, were flexible with our timing when we were delayed by a flat tire. They hustled to get it all done quickly. They had all the necessary tools to lift, go up steps, put disassembled furniture back together, and did not damage anything or get anything dirty. They were very respectful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Justin and Guy were excellent at their craft. They were on time and got started right away. We went over the game plan and these two hardworking individuals unloaded all of our property and goods as it were their own. No walls were scratched during this move.
