What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect an introductory phone call to explain the details and process for the upcoming move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expect on moving day a phone call confirming the time two hours before the time of arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should have the home and items that are being moved prepped and ready to be loaded. If we are boxing the items have the area and items set and ready for the boxing and labeling for the safe loading.
What types of moves have you handled?
Bendions Best Moves has handled over 300 moves in the past few years. We have completed local, long-distance, and office moves. We are vendors for the State of Florida and the Federal Government. We have also moved hotels and Subway.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is conquering the task of being able to get the truck packed so that all items fit, and being able to get a piece of furniture in an area that the customer thinks will be a great task or challenge and making it happen.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have written, and video training for all of our employees and have an annual refresher class. We also keep copies of the test in the employee files. We also have in-service training with the owner personally giving the instruction.
