As a full-service moving company based in Panama City, it has the honor of helping families, individuals, businesses, and local government agencies and our community at large most importantly move their belongings from one location to the next. We offer labor services for helping with the move and full-service moves with packing, wrapping, and transporting. We are known for our high-quality service and competitive rates. This company failed to show on the first scheduled move I had with them. I can forgive their excuse since the workers had a family emergency, but the company had no backup workers available. They offered to reschedule me for the next day in the evening. The next day, the scheduled time was approaching and I get a phone call from one of the workers saying they're going to be late because the job they had that morning turned into an all day affair. The next thing to happen was the moving team traveled to my drop off destination because somebody had mixed up their instructions. They ended up not getting to my residence until 3 and a half hours after the original scheduled time. All I got were apologies by text message. The workers themselves were nice and professional though. They moved our belongings without any issue. After they were done, the total time turned out to be 2 and a half hours. I was originally quoted for 2 and a quarter hours. Despite the problems this company caused by moving us a day after we originally wanted to and then moving us late at night, they still wanted to charge me for the extra 15 minutes over the estimated time. They did not offer any sort of consolation for their mistakes.
While we’re glad to hear our movers handled your belongings carefully and acted professionally once on site, we also recognize that communication and scheduling could have been handled much better in this situation. We take full responsibility for the inconvenience and are already reviewing our scheduling and backup procedures to prevent this from happening again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect an introductory phone call to explain the details and process for the upcoming move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expect on moving day a phone call confirming the time two hours before the time of arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should have the home and items that are being moved prepped and ready to be loaded. If we are boxing the items have the area and items set and ready for the boxing and labeling for the safe loading.
What types of moves have you handled?
Bendions Best Moves has handled over 300 moves in the past few years. We have completed local, long-distance, and office moves. We are vendors for the State of Florida and the Federal Government. We have also moved hotels and Subway.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is conquering the task of being able to get the truck packed so that all items fit, and being able to get a piece of furniture in an area that the customer thinks will be a great task or challenge and making it happen.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have written, and video training for all of our employees and have an annual refresher class. We also keep copies of the test in the employee files. We also have in-service training with the owner personally giving the instruction.
