BEST HELP EVER! We needed help loading our UPack cubes to move long distance. The guys were professional and knowledgeable and made sure our items were packaged with care to make sure nothing would break. I felt like they were respectful of our belongings. Amazing company! The 3 guys who came to load up our Pod did a great job. They were quick efficient and very friendly. We will be using them to help unload our pod to move into our new home for sure!

The guys were one time and totally prepared fo the job. They were careful with my items and care not to mar any walls and got everything up the flight of stairs in perfect condition. I’d recommend them 100%. Will definitely call them if I need to move again.

The guys that came out the first two times were awesome...the last two gentlemen, while they moved some of the last larger things....they disappeared frequently and I couldn't find them.....I had to move my refrigerator and oven and I was told there would be an additional charge so I said, "I have a dolly, I can move it with my neighbor", but they said, no, we got it...and I helped them...it was no big deal, 5 minutes and I did most of the lifting...lol....then I got charged 150$$$....was shocked but didn't argue, just paid them. Also, I pulled everything...I mean everything out of the second pod after it was packed and repacked it.....I only used 1/3 of the pod...they were not efficient in packing. They kept telling me I needed more pods...yea....if you don't pack it high and tight.....anyway...they were helpful moving things out of the house but I should have packed myself..my back is shot now and that is why I used the service but again, water under the bridge...I hope I never move again...;)
