The movers were on time and kept a good pace of unloading. We did not have big or very heavy items so they did not have to bring anything but there own arms. However, this would be good to clarify with the movers in the event that they need to bring carts or other aids to move.

Got the job done in less time than I requested for- helped unload truck and assemble some furniture on my 2nd floor apartment -a lot of work and they were fast!

Two friendly, tough-as-nails guys loaded a 1 bedroom apartment with hard-wood and glass furnishing onto a U-Haul truck. They then unloaded the truck at the dock of a door-2-door (pod) warehouse. Professional, friendly, hard-working, fair with the bill. High recommendation.

Alex and Eric were great and very helpful in moving our heavy stuff to the 3rd floor apartment, quickly and professionally. We would definitely ask for their help again in the future.

One of the providers was on time. The other did not arrive for at least 30 minutes. They did work hard while on the job. Had trouble getting sofa into apartment and caused some damage to sofa and a light fixture. We had to advise them as to an alternate way to get sofa in back door. They were nice & respectful individuals. HireAHelper site indicated they would be uniformed, but they were not.

They drag stuff rather than lifting. The way they put stuff in the truck is not always proper.

These guys were great! Showed up on time and worked incredibly hard - so hard, in fact, that they finished the job in less time than I had planned! Alex did an amazing job loading our moving truck - it was perfectly stacked and balanced. I'd recommend them to anyone.

All in all the movers did a great job! They were on time and worked hard, especially in getting the big pieces of furniture up into the 3rd floor apartment. The only bad thing that happened was that they accidentally left a big scratch on the hardwood floors of the master bedroom which will have to be fixed.
