I moved from West Virginia to Georgia. They were hired to pack my 26 ft truck. The owner didnt even show up and sent his wife and two kids to pack up my house. He also went a man who was clueless about packing. The owner told me it was his first time not going to a job. They didnt pack the truck right at all. My movers in Georgia couldnt believe how unprofessional they had packed the truck. Little did I know as I was driving my truck down the highway, nothing had been secured. Everything fell. I had multiple pieces of furniture broken, my mattress had a hole in it because they put it up against a filing cabinet. When I contacted them I was told that I was just trying to scam them to get money and they had contacted an attorney. They refused to pay for anything they broke. They also told me I didnt give them anything to put over the furniture. However, I had 15 furniture pads and they didnt use one. They ruined every comforter I have and I now have about 2k worth of items to replace. Do not use this company. They will cost you so much money in the long run and then claim you're a scammer. I'm a registered nurse. All I wanted were my belongings safely placed in a truck but that didnt happen. Go to anyone else but them!!!!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our company will be in direct contact with the customer. We will get very detailed information from the customer, this will ensure our readiness for the job. We will proceed with contact the day before and day of job to make sure nothing has changed. We focus on being on time, being efficient, and most importantly being safe (also taking care of the customers belongings)
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Contact before we leave to go to job. Being on time, effiecient and taking care of the customers items by all means necessary. We provide a family oriented friendly business. We just want to help ease the stresses of moving for them as well.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If they can have everything packed, organized and disassembled... This helps the job go smoothly. Unless we have discussed other steps for them to do. If the customer is as prepared as we are, it will allow the whole process to be much easier on both sides of the job.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our company has done all types of moves, including local, long distance, company (business). From packing to unpacking -- to full service moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy taking the stresses and chaos of moving and putting it on our shoulder. That way the customer can enjoy the experience of going to a new place.
