Our team members will do a confirmation call as they leave our shop to confirm the clients address and communicate they are in route.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Dressers unloaded (preferably with stairs). All boxes labeled helps our team with the unloading be that much more efficient and organized for the client. We base our quotes on an assumption all furniture will be cleared off from misc. items and ready to be moved.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is when we execute a move perfectly. The team is trained to treat moving like a craft from how we wrap the furniture to loading into the truck while also giving a 5-Star customer experience. We are professionals in what we do on and off the trucks here at Central Coast Moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each employee is subject to our online video courses as well as on-the-job training. We do a referral incentive for team members which increases our likelihood of quality workers applying. Our drivers have to pass our drivers training circuit with our moving trucks and trailers before reaching the title of "driver".
