Jason and his crew were great. They were professional, personable and did quality work. They finished ahead of schedule and nothing was damaged in any way. I would hire them again if I needed moving labor help.

They were very communicative prior to the move, punctual, super careful with all of our furniture, quick troubleshooting on the spot with issues that came up and fully prepared with all tools needed throughout the move. The crew from Andrews moving was amazing. They were on time and were very prepared for the job. They worked so hard! They were very respectful of our property and belongings. And very careful not to scratch the walls with the larger items. Then with the storage unit we had to move most of our stuff they were amazing with unloading it all into the unit. I would definitely use them again! And I am referring them to everyone. Nothing like strong and nice movers.

They took 7hrs to load the contents of my home, but many times when I went to check on them, 2 guys were just standing around. They also broke a light fixture and never disclosed it. I discover it when I walked on pieces of broken glass, most of which had been picked up.

Mover's response:

I’m sorry you feel this way but you booked 3 men for 4 hours to load a 26ft and a 20 ft truck and you had to get another truck! You also told the guys they did a great job and gave them a tip. I thank you for your business and apologize that you feel we didn’t do 5 star work..

We needed someone to bring our furniture from our second floor to the first floor after our home was elevated due to Sandy. They called when they were about 10 minutes from us & arrived on time. Wonderful couple who respected our furniture & when they ran into a problem with one piece, they left it for last so they didn’t waste time. They placed everything where we wanted & made sure they brought everything down that we wanted. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again!
