They showed up an hour and 15 minutes late after confirming with me the night prior that they would "be there at 7:55am sharp" they showed up at 9:15am.
Because of this my dad and I ended up unloading our PODS for that hour and 15 minutes as it was going to rain later in the morning so we wanted to get everything out before it rained.
When they finally got here they worked just fine and finished early in 2 hours when we had paid for 3 but they wouldn't refund me even though the reason they finished in 2 hours was because my dad and I had been moving things ourselves for over an hour.
EDIT: Hire A Helper made this right and refunded me the $85 for the additional hour. Great customer service!

Charles and his crew are absolutely awesome. It is the second time we have used them and I will never call anyone else again. They showed up on time, were well prepared, were careful with everything, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, had the proper equipment for lifting heavy items, etc. They worked hard and quickly. We had to insist they take a break for a few minutes and cool off. Can't say enough great things about them.
