Charles & Vincent were here on time. Courteos and respectful. Helped us with all the situations. Moved a little slower than our first group. I think do to having problems with sagging pants not wanting to stay up. Probably would look around if needed again. Released after 2 hours as not that much left so we finished up to save additional cost.

These guys were professional, strong, knowledable abt their work, and wouldn’t stop. We will definitely use them again. We had a lot of heavy, complex furniture and almost 70 boxes. It was completed in 3 hrs!
Take note. If u hire them for 7 hrs and they finish before the 7 hrs, u r obligated to pay for the whole 7 hrs. This is understandable as it does prevent them from booking another job. Overall, we were very pleased!

I had used Moving Genius Pro Movers twice before and gave them 5 stars for excellent moving skills, punctuality, attention to detail, and care in moving my things.
I had called Charles the day before, and he confirmed the date and time they would be there, but this time they were one hour late without any call to advise me they would be late or giving at ETA, and I was waiting in the hot sun with the U-Haul at the storage unit. I called Charles two times and left a voicemail, plus sent him a text message, but no response. Finally my son called and left a voicemail that their service was, as of this moment, cancelled.
I called another company and had to charge my credit card, but they confirmed they would be there shortly. Charles returned my son's phone call with an apology and the excuse that they were at the wrong address. Within 10 minutes two men from Moving Genius Pro Movers showed up.
Now I had to cancel the replacement movers and get my credit card charge cancelled.
I'll never know the real reason why they were late and never called. Perhaps they were at the wrong address, but Charles had the correct address from the confirmation the day before, and my son did not give it to him on the phone.
