The helpers showed up an hour late and took a full hour just to move a dresser and bed. They seemed inexperienced when loading the uhaul and spent more time arranging the furniture in the truck than they did to actually carry and move everything.

The 2 guys who came to move me were very polite and on time. However they were very slow! I was told that moving my things into the pod would take 2 maybe 3 hours. 4.5 hrs later they were still struggling to get things arranged and in the pod. They took almost an hour to take apart my bed. Sadly I had to pay for this slowness. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

They did a very nice job. They were very careful, they were very neat, everything was put in the right place.. They did it all in less than 2 hours. I had a 16' pod packed to the top.

They were on time worked quickly had them slotted for 5 hours loaded the 16ft Pod in less than 3 hours.
Had a snag with the Pod was supposed to be delivered o 2/12 but they canceled saying that they couldn't deliver and changed it to 2/13 Pods wouldn't work with me on a delivery time and my I had to be out by 2/14. Move Phoenix worked with me to make sure my Pod would get loaded. Will never use Pods again. But highly recommend Move Phoenix
