I didn't watch them close enough. They used blankets on things that didn't need them and then ran out (I had more than 40) so things got damaged and, according to the unloaders, they put heavy things on top (even I know that's dumb) instead of the bottom so lighter things could go on top. Again, lots of things got damaged. We have tubs of decorations and it was windy and they put a stack of tubs on the end of the truck which got blown off and several tubs got -damaged and will have to be replaced (thank you very much). All-in-all, a pretty poor job.

Mover's response:
You watched us enough to keep telling us what to do and asking every 30min if everything was gonna fit. So that being said we did use over 40 blankets and some. We also used old boxes,tarps,sleeping bags and anything we could find.We also did inform you the concerns we had on running out of pads/blankets. And your response was. (It is what it is) we have to get everything out by today which was there move date. And when packing a full truck to make sure everything fits you have to sometimes put light boxes or something to that sort in a gap or hole so the load will be solid and nothing shifts or moves around.And the 1 tub that blow over was a act of the weather. We couldn't for see wind like we had that last 30 mins of the move. And for the whole period of the time we were loading you were not happy and very mean to me and the other crew member. We asked numerous times if we could do anything or if we were doing anything wrong. And you just gave dirty looks and ignored us. Your wife then stepped in and said we were great and were doing a wonderful job.So that being said we pushed through the negativity of you and finished the job. So all-in-all very unhappy customer from the time we arrived which was even 15 mins. early and from the time we left. You even had a problem with that.No matter how much we tried we couldn't please the customer.

Fantastic, expert Packers. On time and busted their butts loading an impossible amount of possessions into a 20 foot uhaul truck. Saved our backs and a ton of frustration! I'd unquestionably recommend and use them again. The best money I've spent in a long time!!!!

They loaded from a 3rd story apartment and then unloaded two trucks from two separate houses in 4 hours. They were professional, kind, gentle with our stuff, and pretty funny.
This is my second time using them and I'll do so again if I move in the future.
