they were not on time....but not sure there wasn't a communication break down on that part. Once they arrived they got started right away. They brought their own hand trucks and in an hour and a half they completed the job. I was amazed how smoothly it went. How friendly the two workers were, how careful they handled our furniture and other items. But most of all how they managed to pull off a miracle and get all our belongings in the truck we had ordered.
I not only would use them again, I even recommended them to the man who bought the house we were leaving.
If this were a star system review..on a scale of 1 to 10..they exceeded the 10 in all but one aspect and that was arrival. Again..it was not even an issue once they arrived and got to work.

After our previous scheduled move failed to show Austin Helping Hands came in with no notice and finished unloading. Our helpers were very professional and quick and efficient. We should have scheduled with them originally from the beginning.

Mitch & Damien were great. They arrived early, worked very quickly and efficiently and got everything unloaded and into our place within the allocated time frame.

Took off a star because they were late but they did a good job and were very nice to work with. Very respectful and courteous guys, great customer service!! I'd also like to add that it was extremely hot and they had to go up and down three flights of stairs at the apartment and they did great!
