They were great, except they couldnt get a desk downstairs that was originally taken up the same way (already assembled)...so they spent 1 full hour trying and then disassembling it. In the meantime, they banged up my wall which needed extensive repair and didnt offer to pay for it. The reason I would recommend them is because they were on time and prepared, worked hard and were respectful.

I will have to say Art & Matt really exceeded my expectations. I was running behind schedule relocating from Fort Worth TX I was about 2hrs behind schedule I called Art to let him know that I was going to be late making it to Austin, he told me its okay just let me know your eta once you are getting closer to Austin. I finally made it to our new home and he was here ready to go. They professionally unloaded my uhaul without damaging any of our items and finished in a timely manner. I will recommend them any day. Thanks Art & Matt for making this move stress free!

I'll start by saying that it was a hot June day and we're in a 3rd floor apartment. However, the two guys that they sent definitely weren't ready it. We had limited furniture and all of our boxes in the living room ready to go. It seemed one of the guys was in charge and the 2nd guy started complaining almost immediately. It would take them 10+ minutes between each load. Before the first hour was even over the 2nd guy had a "family emergency" and was supposed to leave but then didn't. But he also didn't do much more work. I'm not sure why I paid for 2 helpers when we basically only had one. It took them 3 hours and they didn't finish the job. Now my husband gets to spend the next hour finishing it. We chose this company for the price and good reviews, so this was pretty disappointing.

The moving service we received from Austin Helping Hands was superb! They arrived on time, were very helpful in figuring out how to pack the truck most efficiently to utilize all available space and they worked quickly. The entire move was over in 4 hours. None of our items were damaged. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends! For the price you won't find better!!!
