The team did an amazing job working through some unexpected difficulties during the move. They arrived promptly on time and finished early. They worked hard throughout the whole process and did so with positive energy.

Absolutely one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Movers were inexperienced and took 41/2 hrs for a 2 hour job. They left a a ton of empty room in back of pod and ran out of room in the front. Left 8 boxes, vacuum cleaner, high chair, ladder, step stool, pictures, toys and much more unpacked. I'm moving 1,000 miles and paid to have my belongings packed! Movers also left large scratches and marks on my beautiful wood staircase and a disgusting mess in the toilet. H&M said I would have to pay hundreds more to have them unload the pod and repack it. They only offered to deduct $75 from my bill. I was left leaving a ton of possessions at curbside for garbage men. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

Hector and crew were outstanding. They were on time, prepared for the job, worked extremely hard, were respectful of our house and furniture, and we would absolutely use them again. In fact, I have already recommended them to our realtor. It was a great experience.

The guys from H&M movers did such a fantastic job. They arrived on time, took all the stuff donw 2 sets of stairs ( like champs) and without damaging the furniture! They were very polite and they packed that truck like a true master price!! Seriously, It was like a perfect puzzle. All in all I am very happy and if I ever move again, I will be using them! Thanks guys!!!

HECTOR and ALEX OR ALEC were absolutely wonderful! I needed movers to help with clearing furniture from my mother's house into a U-haul box that was being shipped from PA to CO. I had asked for extra mover's tape and supplies to be brought and they showed up on time with all the supplies I requested. They did not waste a minute of time. I have never seen men move furniture as quickly and as carefully as they had. The way in which they placed the items in the box was extremely strategic, very well planned out and you could tell they had experience with packing and shipping fine furniture......like a game of Tetris! On top of all that, they were extremely professional at all times. Thank you to H and M movers!

The movers arrived exactly on schedule and ready to work. They carefully wrapped, moved and packed everything. They took the time to show me how they were packaging the grandfather clock and had us review the packed pods to be sure we were satisfied. These guys took no breaks. We hired them for four hours at the recommendation of the site, but they worked hard and finished in three hours. Very professional, and I will use H&M again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
