I waited until I reached my destination before responding in order to determine if the packing of the truck was done well enough that my household goods came through our cross country trip unscathed. The loading and packing of the truck was done very well. There was some rubbing of surfaces that resulted in some limited furniture finish damage. We had a lot of china which we box packed our selves. These boxes came through unscathed with no obvious damage to the boxes. My only minor criticism would be for them to use more furniture pads. I had 36 which they used 24 of.
They were on time, courteous, and worked with me when my truck rental company did not have my trucks ready on time and the schedule had to be adjusted.
Overall the work was very professionally done and I would recommend them to others.

Our team of two arrived early, worked efficiently and packed the truck beautifully -- not a thing budged during the drive. (One thing to note -- we needed the help in central Jersey, and they said in general they won't do only a two-hour job; they made an exception for me.) I've already recommended them to a family friend.

The movers were 3 hours late b/c of weather which was frustrating and when I spoke to the manager she was not very nice about the situation at all. When the guys did arrive they did a great job and were very nice.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
