Vincent and Brian were on time and very helpful. They came prepared for the job, made good suggestions about how to pack and load, and worked quickly. Everything arrived safely after a 3-hour drive. I would definitely use them again.

Scheduled Kauffmans Moving to assist last week, and they were a no call, no show. Completely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend using them at all.

One of the guys asked if he could use my restroom to which I agreed. Later, I noticed that he had used my bath towel and soiled it. I did not appreciate this.
The job involved just unloading my trailer that contained one apartment's worth of furniture. It took them 45 minutes to unload and bring the things up one flight of stairs. The minimum time is for 2 hours so I am fine with that. Their service was fine as they came on time, did the job and were friendly.

My wife and I were extremely pleased by the unloading services provide by Pat and Eddie. They were on time, in fact, a little early, were completely prepared for most unloading contingencies (which is rare), were organized in their approach, and were very respectful and friendly.
If we ever have the occasion to move again, we will certainly contact Kauffman!

Super job! I would hire them again. They helped us unload a 20 foot truck in about 2 hours! Our helpers were Dewey and Jared, very experienced. They arrived on time were courteous, and hard working. Asked questions on where to put the boxes, if they weren't marked (lots of them weren't, sorry)

Steve and Jim arrived on time and were ready to go. I hired them for 4 hours and they worked hard the whole time. They were very careful with our belongings and made sure they asked us if they had any questions about what should be moved and where it should go. We did not find any damaged items. I would definitey use them again. Nice job guys and thanks for your hard work.
