Do not use this moving company!
I hired Elite to only load a small 1 bedroom apartment into a moving truck that I rented. They estimated it would take 2 hours. After 4 hours, I went down to inspect the truck to see what was taking so long. The truck was so poorly packed with fragile items tossed in with no protection and other items sitting together with no padding. They had put a 52” flat screen TV facing up on table top with no padding or a way to secure it from moving around for example. We had to unpack half the truck and I had to tell them how to load it. By the time this was completed, it had taken them 6 hours. The manager Joseph charged me for 5.5 hours, claiming this was a deal. When the truck arrived to my destination, many items were damaged. I have sent photos of the poorly packed truck and of my damaged items. I requested a refund for the unnecessary hours that I was charged for. Joseph continued to give me the runaround. First he claimed that my claim was in process, but could not provide me with any documentation, or claim forms that were filed. He then after months, told me that without original receipts for the damaged items, the claim would be denied. I explained that I collected my furniture over time and did not (of course) have original receipts. I also asked about the over hours refund, to which he just said that my claim was denied. Joseph has been rude and unprofessional. Beware of this company.

The workers were very good. the final price was higher than I thought it should have been. So would I recomend? I would say to however I tell, the final price will be higer.

The 2 guys were early, they did call 1st to be sure that was ok, and finished well within the 2 hours that were scheduled. They worked really hard, it was the one guy's 1st day. They were polite and friendly.

These two young men were on time, clean, polite, and so considerate and careful of our things. They followed directions, they offered to place items in specific rooms instead of just offloading and they were finished in under 1 hour. We were thrilled with the service and genuinely enjoyed the cheerful and kind attitudes of the two helpers that were provided. I would recommend this service and this company to anyone needing moving assistance.
