Hour late. Hard working. Great packing job; filled truck completely; top to bottom; front to back. Couldn't ask for any better. Guys as nice and helpful as can be. Very patient with us as we had to do last minute sorting to leave some things behind. Again, guys were great. Would want them again!!!

Blaine and Raphael were awesome. They showed up on time went straight to work and got the job done. I was really concerned about damage to walls and furniture! Not one ding. My furniture is being stored in a storage pod at a warehouse until we close on the purchase of our new home. I have every intention of using MHME to unload our pod as well.

Although they showed up late, it worked out well. There were three of them and they unloaded a 26' Budget truck and a 6x12 trailer in 3.5 hours. Two people unloaded and the third person coordinated as to where the boxes should be placed and gave lifting technique advice. They were very polite, courteous and honest. Much better than the crew I used in Las Vegas!

Blane was exceptionally helpful and went beyond what they were hired for. He helped me get my lock sawed off because I could not find the key. He is very innovative and more than wlling to please.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone especially if the move is long distance. I initially thought everything would go smoothly with the packing/loading but man was I wrong. The move coordinator kept getting my order wrong. I spoke with the him to confirm my order, requested an inventory list to be completed and was assured this would be done. I found out that this was not done which invalidated any coverage under my homeowners policy. I had two storage containers both came with furniture pads. I requested two movers to make sure each room was properly packed. I spoke with them about packing each room at a time but they chose to separate and pack two different rooms at one time. It took them two days to pack/load my property, they showed up two hours late on the second day because their printer ran out of ink, they did not have the string they needed for the unit an left for 20 minutes to go buy some, and they did not bring the tools they needed so they had to borrow from my neighbor and landscapers working in my neighbor's yard. One of the movers used pads on the furniture to go into the first unit but did not use any on furniture to go into the second unit. I found this out after the second container was loaded and all the pads were on the ground. They damaged my door trying to move my fridge. To top it all off they tried to get me to sign a release to exempt them from liability damage to my items. In my opinion this company has some really big problems. They call themselves affordable but my bill totalled more that what it cost to go with another company who could have packed my items in one day. Clearly they did not make this move easy and I definitely expect to have damage. This is probably one of the worse move experiences I have ever had. I WILL NOT use this company again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
