Greg and his team (4 total) did a great job for us. They were on time, knowledgeable, hard working and easy to work with. They unloaded our grand piano and set it up with no problems as well as unloading and placing some other large pieces. They also finished within the estimated time with no mishaps. Overall, job well done. Yes we would recommend them to anyone.

There were issues with a box being crushed by heavier boxes put on top. I do not feel as though they secured it good enough. Pictures were taken and attached to my order.

These people were the worst movers I have ever had. The one guy spent half the time in his truck on the phone. The other one was coughing all over the place. I think at one point he puked in my bathroom. He spent more time in there then he did unloading the POD. They could have been done in half the time had they actually been working. Hire a Helper really needs to reevaluate listing this company. I have used them to find people in the past and never had a problem. Not only did it kill me to have to pay them for their "work" he stood there toe tapping waiting for me to finish texting that the job was done. I would have rather done the unpacking myself. Do not hire these people unless you want to clean your bathroom afterwards.

The two men on Monday, Aug. 25, were Doug and Ray and they were great - very prompt in arrival, very helpful, hardworkers, very nice to work with. The two men on Tuesday, Aug. 26, were Greg and John and they also were prompt in their arrival, very helpful, hardworkers, and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend these gentlemen (and they were gentlemen) to work with anyone needing help of any kind. Even in the horrendous HOT temperature, all four men worked tirelessly, worked very hard and made sure they did a good job of loading the container properly.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
