Two workers were excellent. The third one was useless. This worker did as little as possible throughout the day and finally stopped altogether due to being sick. The other two, as i said were fast and efficient

Tow of the workers were wonderful. One was not. This worker was in pain and stayed in the bathroom a large part of the day. This worker was either in the bathroom, smoking or taking a break a lot of the day. This worker had to be reminded to do things and then did them slowly due to pain. I want to reiterate the other two were fast and efficient.

The guys, Ryan and John , were excellent. Punctual, hardworking and very good at what they did. They took great efforts to ensure that we got as much packed into each container as possible and that each piece was protected. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a LOT of stuff to move. The guys that came were courteous and efficient. They were on time and prepared. They listened to what I wanted. I found that I would need additional help loading stuff two days later and the same guys came back and knocked it out in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone who needs help loading or unloading (which I have already done).

We were very pleased with the two guys that M.H.M.E. sent us. Everything happened exactly as they said it would, the guys rang us when they were 30 minutes away and they were very helpful and looked after our property extremely well. We would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
