The movers were fantastic. My problem is that it only took one hour for them to move my belongings into the pod. And I am OK with the two hour minimum charge from MovingStaffers. But MovingStaffers charged me three hours, stating that the initial order cannot be modified. At the end of that quote from MovingStaffers there is a paragraph stating that no refund is available. I do not recall ordering three hours for the movers. I am angry that Moving Staffers basically initiated a three hour payment from me. And I have no recourse or chance for refund of one hour. $160.00 for the third hour is nothing but a scam on the part of MovingStaffers.

I recently hired a 2-person crew (shoutout to michael p) to help pack the smallest POD, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with care and maximized every inch of space in the POD. We stressed for days about all of our belongings fitting in our tiny pod and thought we would need to make some hard, last minute decisions to get rid of things. We did not have to get rid of a single item because of how well they packed and made it all fit. They made what seemed to be an impossible task, possible! They completed the job in 2 hours, which is exactly what we planned for. Highly recommend this team for a smooth and seamless packing job. They also came with supplies which was a bonus

I know their company has to charge a lot to pay them and make money, but they can lower their rates a little to get more clients.

Favorite part about being a mover is all of the wonderful people I've had the chance to network with over the years I've been in the industry.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew receives training on properly wrapping furniture, using the required tools for each job and loading/unloading trucks properly. We do ensure your move is left in the best hands possible - we look forward to working with you!
