What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the booking information including date, addresses and scope of work. Our team will also answer any questions you may have and inquire if you may need storage, packing or any other services!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Quality, communication and exceptional service with attention to detail and the best overall experience possible. We understand how stressful moving can be on its best day so our goal is to provided a great team of mover athletes in line with our core values.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Having boxes sealed and stacked as well as ensuring all furniture is free of any items will ensure our team can efficiently do any disassembly along with wrap the furniture. We strongly recommend you purchase furniture protection from MMM. Either cloth moving pads ($20) or paper moving pads ($5) can be draped over items and shrink wrap can be wrapped over top. We also recommend having tie downs or ratchet straps which can also be purchased from MMM ($5). Televisions should be packed into boxes as well.

What types of moves have you handled?

Muscular Moving Men and storage handles local, long disance and office moves. We complete 300-400 moves per month and 30-40 of those are long distance. Our tractor-trailers can pick up items anywhere in the US moving to or from AZ or anywhere in between.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Moving companies have the opportunity to turn what is otherwise a stressful day into a positive experience that will impact the client forever. We embrace the opportunity to work in close quarters with families and business owners on a daily basis to make sure that their first experience in their new home or office is a fantastic one.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Muscular Moving Men has a full time head of training on staff. Our mover-athletes pass through rigorous training and certification in areas ranging from basic moving skills to certifed packer and loader. This is ongoing annually and ratings are tracked on performance for team members.
