My moving experience has not gone well until today when Richard and Austin showed up. They had to unpack my defective POD and repack the replacement POD. Richard is a master at packing the Pod. I believe his game of choice would be tetras! These two gentleman made my day. Thank you so very much for your kindness and expert packing skills. It was truly a pleasure to meet you. I would definitely recommend these two gentleman they took care not to damage any of my things and to make sure they would not get damage in the move either.

Mark, Don, and Avo showed up on time, early actually, went into beast mode and got the job done early. They were very careful with walls and doors and the furniture. Which left time at the end to help me assemble beds, clean up, etc. Thanks fellas.

Delayed over an hour but kept me aware of eta. could have had moving straps would have save chips on stove. broke one caster on kitchen chair. That said they worked very hard and very efficiently. had experience and it was obvious. I would use again.
