My movers did a wonderful job! I called Moving Made Simple just 5 days before the move and they were so accommodating. I was in a bind with my condo elevator and they came in the morning instead of the originally scheduled afternoon timeframe...SO helpful. I would definitely recommend if you want an easy move.

Initially, I called the company and arranged for a crew of two helpers for two hours to unload a rental truck that I had driven from Indianapolis the previous day. I was given an arrival window from 9 AM to 10 AM, which was good, because I had to return the truck that afternoon. The day before the service, they called me to verify the appointment, but I missed the call because I was driving the truck and didn't hear it. The morning of service, I called them to verify that I still wanted the services, and the coordinator lady confirmed the time of the appointment. I did what I could, until the crew leader called at 9:47 saying that one of the workers had been injured, and that he would find another and come to help me. He called again at 10:44 to tell me the injured worker was being taken to the hospital, and that he would add another helper to my project to make up for it. I continued working until 13:42 h, when I called and left messages to find out the status of the crew. The coordinator lady called me at 14:06 h to ask how things had gone, and, when I told her that no one had shown up, she scrambled another crew, who finally arrived at 16:07 h. To their credit, they worked very hard to unload the truck quickly, and were polite and courteous, and apologized repeatedly for being so late. They did allow me to return the truck without penalty, and they also gave a discount totaling 42% of the bill for my trouble. If they could just work on their communication (both internal and external), it would be a good company to use.

The two young men who moved me were awesome. The were on time, prepared, extremely hard working, and efficient. I was very impressed with their organizational skills and their skill at safely, and carefully stacking a storage unit. They rearranged the disaster which had been left from previous movers. In the end, everything was protected, the space was utilized well, and I was left with all the free space I could need, and access to the things I still need. They were a delight.

They worked very hard loading and unloading the truck. Couldn't get these guys to take a break,it was very hot that day. Workers knew how to load the truck properly. We did not have any damage at all. Good Job!

The two young men were polite, well mannered, and hard working. They worked a half hour longer than I expected so I had to pay $75 more than I thought. The person that I spoke with on the phone told me that my things would be wrapped and that I would not need to provide plastic wrap...they wrap everything a lot...that's what I was told! They wrapped very little. They took everything outside to "wrap" and load so I didn't see how they did it. I'm pretty sure that my things will have damage, especially the antique furniture. As far as I can tell, very little was wrapped or protected. If I had not been told that they would wrap it, I would have wrapped it myself! I was told NOT to wrap it because then Moving Made Simple would not be responsible for the items. I will hold MMS responsible should there be damages to my items.

Moving Made Simple was awesome - they communicated regularly to make sure they were on time with our arrival to our new home. The gentleman that arrived were professional and extremely efficient unloading our truck. Finished a 22ft. truck - up a flight of stairs in just 2 hours.

My husband and I would give these gentlemen 1000 stars if we could. They truly are amazing. The work ethic these young men have is unheard of in most places these days. They were completely prepared and they stayed until the job was done. I didn't know we had that much stuff. They gave it their all for certain. 3 full load in a 24 foot budget truck OMGOSH. And actually smiling the entire time and so polite. Guys you would have over for a meal just because they were great. Obviously I could go on and on but my final words are Amazing company, Maria was like talking with a old friend and we couldn't have asked for better, nicer, or more conscientious of our stuff people. THANK YOU MOVING MADE SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
