Their service was very good and they helped us find movers however they booked us with the WORST movers of all time. Do not ever use Moving Made Simple in Kansas City. They took 9.5 hours to move us from our house to the pod in the driveway and still didn't finish. We just moved 10 months ago with the same stuff and the moving out took 2.5 hours. The movers took smoke breaks, phone breaks and an hour dinner break. The full time they were in and out of our house was from noon until 11 pm at night. We then had to quickly find movers again the next day to finish the job. Crazy! Don't ever use them!

They handled all of my belongings with care, even things that were secure in tote boxes. Hard working and didn't stop to take breaks until the job was done. Would recommend them to anyone

We hired a 3 man crew for 2 hours to help load our ABF trailer. We did NOT expect them to load the whole thing, just get our furniture and as many boxes as possible. They did exactly that! They got about 20 feet of the trailer loaded in those 2 hours! They listened to us about what was important, wrapped all the furniture we cared about, and worked their tails off in 90 degree (90% humidity!) weather. They were about 45 minutes later then their scheduled arrival time but gave me another 15 minutes on the end to make up for the having to haul moving supplies in. I'd refer them to any of my friends and definitely use them again if we lived in the Kansas City area.
