All about you moving, confirmed and deducted my payment. When I called them to ask where they were, Justin said, OMG, its my fault, "I did not schedule a team." When I called back, a woman got mad at me for yelling at her and told me I was yelling at the wrong person, and threatened to cancel my job (that they did not schedule), if I didn't quit yelling at her. I will be filing a complaint against them with the BBB.
Still waiting on compensation from Hire a Helper.
I do not like sending my crews into hostile situations. The good thing about HAH is they have other moving crews to complete job in case of conflict. I had a resolution. I thought it was fine. You said it would work. You didnt yell at me.. You yelled at office manager to the point where she felt it was inappropriate.
I appreciate my staff and crew. I will have to pay money to get listed again. We do have the right to refuse service to anyone for rude behavior. Yelling at us wasn't going to make the situation better. You weren't happy with us so HAH had other options available.

They were both very polite.
I asked one to move the truck for me, not realizing how low one branch was. He came and told me that there was a dent on the truck. Most people would not have done that. I truly appreciate his integrity!!
UPDATE: after arriving at my destination I realized how poorly things were packed. There were several pieces of furniture not wrapped, and probably a dozen unused moving pads. There are three pieces of furniture I particularly care about. And I pointed these out to them. TWO of them have damage that could easily have been prevented. VERY disappointed at this.
I changed it from a 5 star to a 2 star because of how poorly things were packed and the lack of protection. I did not think I would need to supervise adults that were hired for a job.
They also neglected to load some things out back that were too heavy for me so I had to leave then behind. The guys were super nice, but the quality they provided was lousy. :-(

Julian and Jeffrey with All About You Moving were amazing. They were very flexible about my scheduled time and put me at ease knowing it was out of my control exactly when my pod would arrive for unpacking. Julian took my calls and let me know he was flexible. They were punctual, thoughtful, careful, and efficient. They worked tirelessly for the whole time I hired them. They also went above and beyond, doing little things to make my move easier. I had read the reviews but they exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t hire anybody else! They are the best!

I have mixed feelings on this one
They called early to say they’d be there at 11 and then at 1115 to say they’ll be there at noon , arrived 1145.
They worked well and fast but it was only 40 min , I was told it would take 2 hours , I’m glad it was quick but I feel like I definitely overpaid and the estimate was an over compensation for the work I described , so this review is more on the company then the workers ( they were good)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
