Once booked, you will get a confirmation call from the dispatch department 24 hours prior to your move date to go over the details of your move and confirm the arrival time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, our movers will contact you as they are leaving the office to confirm arrival time. Once they arrive, the foreman will do a walk through, go over all paperwork and details of your move, answer any questions and then begin the process of your move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To prepare for your move, make sure all fragile items are packed appropriately i.e. TVs, mirrors, and pictures. Boxes/bins must be taped closed, and all loose items are to be in boxes - not plastic bags.
